Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas has to decide whether to recall Brad Friedel or stick with Hugo Lloris in goal for Sunday's Premier League game at QPR.
Spurs will test striker Emmanuel Adebayor (hamstring) to see if he can play any part in the game while Villas-Boas expects Kyle Naughton to be fit despite the defender injuring his right foot against Lazio last night.
Scott Parker, Heurelho Gomes, Livermore, Assou-Ekotto and Younes Kaboul are out.
QPR, meanwhile, have a number of injury worries to contend with.
The west Londoners' defence will be without Anton Ferdinand, Stephane Mbia and Armand Traore for the White Hart Lane clash.
Adel Taarabt is a doubt after picking up a hamstring injury in training on Friday, while Samba Diakité and Andrew Johnson are unavailable.
Tottenham are still searching for their first home win of the season.
They were the top London club in local derbies last season, and have not lost at home in 19 league derbies over the past five years.
They have also scored in 26 consecutive league games at White Hart Lane, their best run in the Premier League.
QPR have yet to win a league game this season and have not won away in the league for 15 games.
But they held Chelsea last week and could upset Spurs.
Stat of the game: Rangers have gone 15 Premier League games without a win away from Loftus Road.
Gerry Cox's prediction: Tottenham Hotspur 1 Queens Park Rangers 1.
